Room for rent located in the bermuda dunes area. This is for 1 person and no animals. Room is located in a two story , bath appartment . The room has a small bed. Washer and dryer inside unit. Utilities included except during summer months when we split electric(June-September). Street parking is available. No on premises smoking or drugs. Room is month to month. Looking for a roomate that is clean and respectful. I work M-F. Must be lgbtq friendly.Looking for someone that doesn’t have a lot of people over or is a party animal. Prefer someone that doesn’t smoke and do drugs. Will require proof of income.
