Looking for a spot to park rv

Hello! Am currently looking in the Santa Barbara area for a yard or rv park to stay long term. I’m willing to pay a monthly rate and utilities to compensate as well as provide work around the house or property. With me I have my ESA dog Ixtab who is very friendly and fully trained and potentially a single roommate in the future. Any recommendations for parks or contacts are highly appreciated. Thank you!
