garage, in unit laundry heaters, wifi. Currently just me and my girlfriend, we are both pretty laid back and homebodies. We mostly spend our time gaming in the living room. Or occasionally go out to eat. But we would love to make a new friend/roommate. The place is minutes from Lakewood town center, and about 7 minutes from the highway. Very quiet community of retirees. You’ll occasionally hear gunfire from the nearby military base here and there but it’s rare.
