Room for Rent month to month – $/month | Available February or March

We’re looking for a clean, kind, and considerate roommate to join our home! The room is $/month, with all utilities included except WiFi. WiFi is an additional cost that’s split evenly among all roommates. We do typically rotate who buys the household shared items such as paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods, to keep things fair so not one person is stuck for em over and over

🚗 Parking:
We share a driveway, but if you prefer not to use it, there is plenty of street parking available.

📅 Move-in:
The room can be available as soon as February for someone needing to move in sooner, or March if preferred.

🏡 About the House & Room:
• Washer and dryer available at no extra cost
• Plenty of garage storage
• The room is conveniently located closest to the laundry area and has easy access to our spacious backyard (a nice bonus!)
• Bathroom is shared with one other clean and respectful roommate

👭 About the Roommates:
We’re currently an all-girl household, but we’re open to anyone who is respectful, clean, and considerate. We’re all in our late s to early s.
• Two roommates work within the school district, leave early in the morning, and tend to turn in earlier in the evenings
• We maintain respectful quiet hours starting at PM for the consideration of the household
• That said, we’re open to roommates with different schedules, as long as they’re mindful and considerate

A little about me: I’m a full-time student, bartender, and also work in a nonprofit, so my schedule can be busy and unconventional—I work late and get up early, but I’m generally out of the house until I get my rest day!
