We’re looking for one more person to sublease a spot in our 6-person house from May/June to August (Summer Semester)

***The room I’m renting out is the first-floor big room with easy front door access (pic included)

• Furnished

• Front door access to the room

• Huge parking driveway space

• Closet space

• Walking distance from UC

• Shared bathroom with one other

• Kitchen on the same floor

• Around $ + utilities per month
