Hello, I’m looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my apartment when my roommate moves out in July. Private bath and closet inside your room. Common area has living area, kitchen, washer,dryer as well as a half bathroom. I work full time so I’m looking for a responsible and quiet roommate, as I have to get up early. I have a dog and two cats, so NO animals (sorry). The living room and kitchen need to remain SPOTLESS as my cats eat everything. So I need a very clean roommate. No food, trash, mess, can remain out. They are locked in my room while I’m at work, so they won’t be out if I’m not there, and it’ll remain that way. Th[REDACTED]room is in walking distance! We have A LOT of amenities here, and all of them are wonderful. Pools (indoor/outdoor), hot tubs (indoor/outdoor), basketball (indoor), table tennis, indoor golf simulator, pickle ball, covered parking.
