Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease that ends on October in a nice apartment in Downtown LA, right next to Echo Park and Chinatown. The bedroom is spacious, has a window, and a walk-in closet. There’s no shared wall with another bedroom, so it’s super quiet and you won’t hear neighbors. The only room that is unfurnished is the bedroom you’d be taking over.

The bathroom is huge with a tub/shower combo and a big counter. The place has an open layout, wood floors throughout and tile in the kitchen. Central AC and heat (Nest thermostat).

There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and gated tandem parking is
dollars and fifty cents (thanks for not letting me put numbers haha). The building has on- security and a lot of amenities—multiple pools (including a rooftop one), multiple gyms, virtual bowling, a theater, karaoke room, basketball court, and a park in the next building over.

No utilities included. We’ve also never had any bug issues. Close to Dodger Stadium, Walt Disney Concert Hall, BMO Stadium, The Broad, USC, Arena, and Union Station.

I absolutely love my roommate but due to personal life circumstances I am no longer able to stay. My roommate, Katharine is very kind, respectful, and goes out of her way for those who she cares about. She is usually at home and loves plants. She has a teacup yorkie puppy who is the sweetest thing. :) Looking for someone who is nice, cleans up after themselves, and respectful to other people’s stuff. The “Lifestyle” category is based off of Katharine’s lifestyle since she is the one you would be rooming with.
