The unit is on the second floor of a 2 story building with easy access to the street. Centrally located nearby to OCC, target, sprouts within walking distance. Complex Includes a small gym, pool, hot tub, and bbq grill.

Current roommate is moving out. There is months left on the lease (ends August ) which would need to be taken over then month to month options. Rent is $ plus utilities. $ deposit but negotiable.
