Hey, I’m Scott. I’m looking for a roommate for a bath apartment on Chalcedony St in Pacific Beach, just a few blocks from the beach. Super walkable and right in the heart of PB. My roommate of 2 years is moving out, so I’m looking for someone new. Move-in ASAP, ideally before Feb but mostly just looking for someone before March 1st.

You’d have your own private bedroom and your own bathroom. The apartment is comfortable, relaxed, and easy to live in.

I have two very chill, friendly cats, so you’ll need to be okay with cats.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. Not a party house, but not overly quiet either. Guests are fine with communication.
