Looking for room to rent!

Relocating back to Tampa after living in north Georgia for about 10 years after getting a promotion with my job. Looking for an ideally unfurnished room to rent in the Tampa area for the next 6 months to 1 year. I would be working by the airport, so wouldn’t want to commute longer than 30min. I do have a small dog, Bennie, and he is friendly with other animals and fully house trained. I’m open to renting a room from someone with an established lease already, or signing a new lease with someone also looking for a roommate! Ideal rent wouldn’t be more than $900/month and under $1200 after utilities. I don’t drink or smoke or go out much, but that’s not a dealbreaker for a roommate. I’m pretty quiet and kept to myself and like to keep a neat and tidy home
