Roommate moved out. I love this apartment and don’t want to leave! I’d love to show you it.

Room: Rent’s $ + utilities. Big windows and big sliding door closet. Roughly (not including closet). Recessed lighting with a dimmer.

Apartment: br. Second floor, no one above. 2 skylights in living room, one in bathroom. Just renovated so everything’s brand new in the apartment including stainless steel appliances. Nice bathroom, big shower. Dimmable lights throughout the apartment. In-unit laundry 👍🏼 Also has an entry gate with a buzzer. It’s only a block from Pine Lake and a few blocks from Ocean Beach. Monthly cleaners hopefully soon. I got the Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, Spotify, and WiFi (for now). Handyman takes out the trashes. The oven has microwave/airfryer heat settings.

I’d be your only roommate.
