Room for rent in San Marcos!! Move in date: February (Room is ready now) One year minimum lease. Deposit on move in date plus utilities that vary per month. Shared bathroom. Seperate space in house to decorate how ever you want- the house is four bedrooms with four extra spaces. Pretty big place! We are a Co-Ed house ( males). Unfortunately no animals due to allergies. We’re all in our mid/ late twenties, super chill laid back roommates. We stay clean, and prefer someone that is the same.
