Hi, my name is Jada Garrick. I graduated in December, and am looking for someone to take over my sub lease at Sloan Street, starting ASAP!

* Located downtown on Sloan Street and Shore rest Drive, near Fort Hill Presbyterian Church, Jaycee Park, Papa Johns, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, and more

* Campus is in walking distance; about a minute walk to get to most places on campus

* bathroom; room comes with a walk in closet and glass double sliding doors leading to personal deck

* The rent is $ per person including the water, sewer, trash, internet, and parking; parking pass from Death Valley Towing required

* Roommate is a girl. Looking for preferably another girl who’s friendly, clean, and respectful; not loud late at night, not messy, etc.
