Close to lots of grocery stores, major shopping centres. High speed fibre internet & heat/Air conditioning included. Free outside parking and paid underground parking. Nice balcony and pool in summer The larger Principal room has a washroom if that important to you and is MUCH larger. I'm and wfh and travel a bit so may be away often. My room mate works ALL the time and you probably won't see him much either. We both game a bit and I have Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. n
