Long-term Stay

I'm casually browsing at the moment. I'm not in a definitive need to move, but I'm exploring my options. I currently live in Lawrenceville and work in Sandy Springs, right on the Dunwoody border.

*Additionally, I'm also somewhat looking for an additional room for another person. My friend Jeremy is looking to potentially relocate to Atlanta from Birmingham, but the situation is evolving.

I'm a very quiet person, definitely more of an introvert and homebody. My bed is my favorite place. I'm easily socially exhausted, but I'm laid-back and friendly. I'm more of a night owl forced to conform to a society that prioritizes the morning.

Outside of college, I've never lived with non-family, but I'm a clean person % of the time. My biggest issue is that I'm an out-of-sight, out-of-mind person, so if I've made something to eat and leave a pot in the sink to soak, there's a good chance I'll forget about it.

I'm currently working part-time at a daycare with the opportunity of moving up to full-time over the summer if I stay with the school, which I would love to do. With that, my current budget is about $. I could possibly stretch it a little further, but until moving up to full-time or finding a weekend position, it would be cutting it close.

I don't smoke or drink. Non-smokers are a must for me, but I'm okay with recreational drinking. I am queer, so LGBTQ+ friendly is preferred.

I have all my own stuff - no need for a furnished room.

I like to try new restaurants. I spend a lot of time listening to audiobooks. I enjoy going on (long) walks in green areas, and I always pay my bills on time.
