I have a very nice and furnished room available now. Looking for an employed female to be the third roommate. Its a 3 bedroom apt in an excellent location in Astoria. Its close to the train station (Steinway Station), restaurants, cafes, laundromats, supermarkets and shopping. Since is a duplex and the bedrooms are upstairs there is a lot of privacy. Its a very cozy, clean, peaceful and organized place. Its a month with utilities included. Sorry but no boyfriends allowed overnight.
