The lease will start month-to-month for the first month. With the option to sign 6 months to a year lease after the first month.

The Area: Very nice, quiet neighborhood located near Gateway West, Sacramento. Less than a minute’s drive to the grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and gas station. Multiple parks within walking distance. Minutes away from Highway. Less than a minute drive to: Sacramento International Airport, Old Town, Midtown, Downtown, UC Davis Medical Center, Sac State University, State Capital, and Golden One Center.

Large open floor plan for kitchen/living room. Completely furnished with two living spaces/ dining areas. Nice backyard with shaded overhang/ fire pit with chairs, and citrus fruit trees. Laundry is located downstairs. Equipped with working HVAC. Monthly cleaning by cleaning crews in the common areas, with no extra charge. Street parking is available, and driveway parking is available for an additional cost. All utilities will be split amongst housemates (up to 5 ways). Utilities include gas, water/sewer, AT&T Fiber internet, garbage, and electric. A security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure the spot. First month rent due on move-in.

One-person occupancy. Applicants will cover credit checks/background checks for approximately $ total.
