From May to August , this apartment in the McGill ghetto (a 5min walk to campus) is available to sublet. It includes heating (not including gas for the kitchen), has a balcony, is in a building that houses many other students, has a laundromat in the basement and is a 5 min walk to rue Saint Laurent (one of Montréal’s main streets). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and would be ideal for students or temporary residents during the summer!!
