Looking for a student or young professional to join our cozy home starting February 1st!

One private, unfurnished bedroom available in a 3-bedroom home. Two shared bathrooms. Fully stocked shared kitchen. Furnished living room with cable TV & multiple streaming services. Fenced backyard space. Close to multiple bus stops, restaurants, and The Boardwalk shopping centre.

$/month plus $ for utilities & services (Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, lawn care, snow removal, and bi-weekly cleaning of common spaces)

Available February 1st. Flexible duration, with a minimum 4-month commitment. Can accommodate an early move in the week before as needed. First and last month's rent are due upon signing.

Limited parking available. (accommodation possible if needed)

About us:
Two females in our s looking for a friendly, respectful roommate (female preferred but open to males). We’d love someone who is clean, easygoing, and community-minded.

Important note: I train service dogs for work, so you must be comfortable living with puppies of various ages (some barking and dog hair come with the territory 🐾).
