Palm Cove beautiful apartment! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I’ve always felt very safe here. Publix, Aldi and more within walking distance.

Looking for a non-smoking roommate. You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. Your room comes with a queen bed frame, dresser with mirror, ROKU TV, extra wall mirror, floor lamp, and a pretty good-sized walk in closet. Full size washer/dryer in unit!

Property allows pets if you have them. Cats preferred. My 2 previous roommates had cats and we have carpeting, so if you have a cat allergy, this apartment is probably a dealbreaker for you.

Your half of the rent will be $ plus half the utilities.
