Room for rent in Fountain Hills

Semi furnished room for rent, with queen size bed. Must love dogs, I have two who are like my kids.
Currently working on updating house, to be more modern. We do have to share a bathroom for the full shower, but we do have a powder room for a second facility. Quiet working professional normally out the door at home by 7 am home by 6 pm. Cost is rent plus Internet and electric. Must pass background and credit check.
