Clean, reliable, employed

Hello, I am looking for a roommate situation close to my job. I work in Athens, TX and am open to Murchison & Chandler as well. I have a stable job and work history, clean, not the best cook (have a giggle), and don't have any entitlement theories (aka your things are *your* things.) Not judging anyone, but I don't have a criminal record/history, but I do have a speeding ticket from . I do have a friendly 5lb chihuahua (yes they do exist!), and really don't want to have to give her up and I keep her clean too. I love to read, watch movies of all kinds of genres. I'm not dating, so I'd not be looking or asking to have overnight guests. I'm looking for a clean and stable safe place that I can live, contribute to (as in I'm happy to help keep shared spaces and not just my area) clean and tidy. I rise early but am mindful of others so I'm not rude or loud, and am asleep about 9pm. I sound so boring (have another giggle) but I'm just years old, and don't cultivate drama.
