Large furnished room in a newly renovated home in Chino Hills. House is on a quiet street with plenty of shopping near by. We are a family of 3 looking for a professional or student. Includes WiFi and utilities. There is a bathroom just outside bedroom door that is not being used by anyone else. We work and go to school during the day. We are close to shopping and freeways. We are open to long term or short term rental.
