Private bedroom has double doors opening to a room for sitting/office space (not intended to be used for storage unit). Single level home, except for step up to deck, to share with just myself and my cat. Lots of amenities. Close to Mt. Hood Community College and Hospital. Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, & off street parking for ONE vehicle.
The larger of the two rooms has a mini split with a personal remote for year round temperature control, including summer air-conditioning, and also a ceiling fan. Some furniture can be furnished.

Shared kitchen/dining area overlook back, lawn-free garden. Cooking appliances, dishes, utensils and Washer/Dryer in utility room all available for your respectful use.

The bathroom is located directly across the hall where you can keep your toiletries (I keep toiletries in my own bathroom). My bathroom does not have a tub, so I may occasionally want to prearrange with you, for a soak after heavy yard work).

I need someone willing to feed my cat while I am gone a couple of days/week.

No tobacco smoking. No additional pets due to my older cat. Available Feb 1st.

This home is best suited for someone who values:

Long term renter can be reassured that rent increases do not happen arbitrarily, but are based on actual need, are reasonable, and discussed months in advance.
