apartment on chandler blvd, right across the street from the chandler fashion center. the guest bedroom is available for rent. guest bathroom would be yours directly across the hall. washer and dryer in the unit. living room is furnished, bedroom is not. i don't have any pets, but i love animals. community gym and pool available. utilities and wifi included. i'm a nerd and would love to have a roommate who likes dnd/boardgames/etc.
