Looking for a long-term subletter for the master bedroom in my spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment right on Central Park West — with direct park views from the bedroom!
The room is bright and light-filled, with great storage and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also access to a second bathroom with a tub. The apartment is approximately 1200 sq ft with hardwood floors, a large open living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Creative, fun vibe (including an upright piano, a furry chair, and even a pirate named Steve!). The apartment has a really special, welcoming energy.
Amazing location: just a few minutes’ walk to the B/C train, close to the 1 and 2/3 express, with buses and Citibikes right outside. Convenient to Columbia University, restaurants, and shopping.
Fully furnished and move-in ready — sheets, towels, kitchen items, and utilities all included.
About me: I’m an actor, singer, [REDACTED] I value a peaceful, respectful, and low-key home environment. I tend to keep things calm during the day, and I’m friendly and social but also very mindful of personal space. I travel occasionally for work, so there may be times when you have the apartment to yourself.
Looking for someone with a similar mindset — clean, responsible, considerate, and ideally with a regular daytime schedule. This has been a great fit in the past and helps keep the apartment feeling peaceful and balanced.
Friends are welcome, but this is not a party apartment. No smoking or pets, please.
Ideally starting with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month, with the option to stay longer if it’s a great fit.
