Roommate Needed. This is a private, unfurnished bedroom (') with a large closet (') and private bathroom (')right outside the bedroom. No Deposit Required. Apartment is ran by a property management company. Rent is $ with all utilities shared, 6 month to a year lease.

The apartment is a bath, 2nd floor unit. This other room is occupied by myself and my dog who is a small poodle. (Must love dogs).

You would have full use of the entire kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, pantry, etc.), living room, and large balcony. Utilities (gas, electricity)will be included. Water and trash are paid by the apartment complex. Communal laundry is available on-. There is also a pool on the property.

The neighborhood is safe and welcoming.
There is plenty of street parking. Extra storage space is also located in the carport area, which you are welcome to use.
