Very quiet no parties. Two blocks from Claremont Colleges, about 7 minutes to ULV, about 8 minutes to Western Medical, and about 16 minutes to CPP. All utilities, Wi-Fi, yard maintenance, and house cleaning once a month in common areas included. Full kitchen and laundry room privileges. At this time we have 3 college students, but most are young professionals and or college students ages 19-28 Pet and smoke free home. Students and young professionals, male or females are all welcome. If you’re still interested we can set up a call to go over details and then a showing.
