There is a washer and dryer in the unit that is relatively quite. There is a balcony with a small storage closet. The shared space is large that has both a living space and dining space. The internet is very fast and is about $/month each. It is located only a few minutes from I. Parking is free and there isn’t any parking passes so you can park wherever. There is a pool and gym within walking distance with free drinks and snacks. There are tenants. We both have similar schedules and do not make much noise during the night. We both keep the shared spaces clean and organized. We mostly keep to ourselves but we don’t act like anyone else doesn’t exist.
