Hi! I'm a -year-old girl living in a one-bedroom apartment in Buford, GA (by the Mall of Georgia). I live al cats, but recently my rent went up to over $—which is a bit much—so I’m looking for someone who might want to split rent and share the apartment.

I've created a division in my living room so you would have your own space that comes with a queen bed, a tv stand and a "inch tv

You MUST be a clean person, I will not tolerate clothes on the floor, dirty dishes after 1 meal, or any type of mess.

No drugs inside my home either.

The apartment is in a great area, so if you're looking for a place to get a head start, you could easily find a job nearby, especially in the Exchange Plaza. Since it's a small space I’m offering, I’d only ask for a small contribution of around $ which includes all bills, Wi-Fi, access to your own closet, a shared bathroom, and use of my pots, pans, and plates, also help of any kind you need (transportation, etc)

I work from home but I’m out and about a lot, and there’s no curfew or anything like that. My only real requirement is to help keep the apartment clean—I tidy up every day. My cats are very friendly and people-oriented.
