Two private rooms are available in a modern 4-bedroom townhome located in the Lighthouse Condos community in Westside Costa Mesa. Each room includes its own private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $ per room, plus utilities.

The home features an open, well-maintained living space with excellent natural light, along with a ° rooftop deck offering ocean and mountain views. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near th Street, the beach, and major freeways.

The house is fully furnished, while bedrooms are unfurnished, allowing you to set up your personal space as you like.

Community amenities include access to a pool and hot tub.

This setup is ideal for young professionals, traveling nurses, or anyone looking to keep housing costs reasonable while still enjoying a high-quality living environment. You’d be sharing the home with me (the owner) and one other roommate.
