The apartment complex is super close to ASU but far enough to have your own space. Really good amenities (gym, pool, grills, fireplace, free espresso machine, trash), and maintenance is extremely responsive, which is always nice. The floor plan is super open and spacious. It's on the fourth floor, so sunsets are killer! Also, you are right next to Tempe Town Lake, which makes for great sunrise/sunset walks!
