Just need to bring a mini fridge or whatever size ref you need. Rent includes use of all communal spaces, kitchen, washer and dryer, driveway parking, utilities, and fiber high-speed wifi. Quiet house in quiet neighborhood. Very close to publix, walmart, and other shopping and restaurants.
