The apartment is unfurnished, has great amenities such as a gym, balcony, and 2 parking spaces secured in a parking garage attached to the building. Move-in can be as soon as January . Year lease. Preferably a professional in their mid to late s. No animals, please (I'm an allergy girly, unfortunatley).
