House has front and back yard, covered patios, open layout, large kitchen, quiet neighborhood... it's wonderful!
Lease starts at 6 months from Feb 1st to July 1st with option to extend. Starting rent is $/mo. before utilities. There is potential for it to increase to $/mo. House is shared with one roommate; roommates split water, garbage, gas, electric, wifi evenly.
