Ideal housing for attorney document reviewers, pilots/flight attendants/airport workers, Amazon workers, and traveling nurses who desire a clean, safe, homely environment. The housing is ideal for people who are originally from out-of-state, and is relocating to the Charlotte area.

The house is located in the Westerly Hills area, between the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown. Both Uptown and the airport are less than ten minutes drive. Public transportation to airport and Uptown are easily accessible. Walmart, Popeye's, Church's Chicken, Bojangles, and Burger King are also within close proximity to the house.
My home has a warm vibe; it is homely, and guests are always welcome. While it is not a party house, it is also not the quietest house.

The room is offered for one person occupancy only
Overnight guests allowed

However, outside smoking is permitted
Drugs are not allowed
No excessive drinking is permitted
