The apartment is ideally located just a three-minute walk from the light rail and offers an easy commute to NYC in under thirty minutes. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a neighborhood laundromat are all within walking distance. The space includes private bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as access to a backyard for anyone looking to enjoy outdoor space. This is a short-term rental with a minimum three-month lease required. Pet friendly for additional fee. Looking for a cool roommate who has no trouble rent on time. I am a vegetarian and I don’t smoke but am four twenty friendly if you do, just be respectful with it. Message me if you’re interested.
