1 Bedroom with a Private Bathroom available for rent.
It is furnished with a bed, but it can be removed if you prefer.
Rent price is $ a month.
Main floor has a deck, with stairs that go down to the patio.

Wi-Fi is Free. Utilities are not included will be split evenly between all 3 people.
Security deposit is 1 month of rent.

There is parking in the driveway, and visitor parking.
Wood Crest is a peaceful neighborhood, and the neighbors are family friendly.
Naylor Metro is a 4 min drive away ( min walk), and the supermarkets are a 5 min drive away
Located right off Pennsylvania Ave, Navy Yard is min away, the Capitol is min away, and the Pentagon is min away.
Bike paths lead through nature and the city, all the way down to Georgetown Waterfront.
