Private non-ensuite bathroom, room comes with a bed, desk, and chair.

Optional Permit parking lot ($ per lease; message for more details) + street parking

Are more pets allowed? only ESA pets

Amenities: All kitchen appliances, full bathroom, courtyard w/firepit, community clubhouse, apartment laundromat very close to unit.

Information about other housemates: Both have busy schedules and tend to leave on the weekends. Sometimes have people over, but they're usually quiet and respectful about it. They keep to themselves ^^
