Room Features:** You will have your own spacious, unfurnished master bedroom, which includes a walk-in 5-piece ensuite bathroom and ample closet space.

**Details:** Rent is $/month, plus utilities (Xcel & Water), which are divided equally among residents. You will need to set up your own internet service. You would only share the kitchen and living area with me, while the front entrance and laundry will be shared with two others, as I also rent out my basement apartment. Move-in fee listed is deposit amount.


The lease is for single occupancy only, flexible month-to-month with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. No smoking permitted.  Before moving in, a background check is required.


**Pets:** negotiable if your pet doesn't shed. Only one more pet allowed since renter in basement has a golden retriever.  No pet fee.

**Location:** Just 1 mile from Iliff and I-, you'll be very close to the DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Buckley Air Force Base, and much more! With the Iliff and Mile Light Rail Stations nearby, getting around is easy. If you love the outdoors, you'll enjoy Utah Park and Cherry Creek State Park, both just a short distance away. Additionally, the Westerly Creek Trail is next to the community. Plus, you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options nearby!

**About Me:** I'm a full-time student pursuing my master's in cybersecurity, and working part-time as a real estate agent and mortgage broker. On weekends, you’ll often find me hiking or cycling. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a positive living environment, manages their bills responsibly, and cleans up after themselves.
