Hi. I'm Ron, my roommate is Victoria. We are looking for a roommate to rent our small furnished bedroom here close to the Riverfront. There are only 3 other units on the entire block. It is safe, there is a government building with regular police presence and the home is several blocks away from active city life. Buslines are close and the Riverfront and its shops, movie theater, and Blue Rocks stadium is within walking distance. The house is furnished and kitchen stocked. There is a washer/dryer here and all common areas are shared. We both work and keep the home clean. It is a super relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for someone who likes the space, makes it their own, and is able to work with us to keep the home a good relaxed place yo live. No drama here.
