Room for rent

I live in a nice gated neighborhood and I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my condo. I have two dogs which are kept in my room when I’m at work. You would have your own room and the guest bathroom is right next to it. The community has a nice pool, a small gym, and tennis courts. No additional pets are allowed. I’m looking for someone low key like me.
