Looking for a roommate, preferably male in ’s. Move in January 2nd or after. 4 bedroom home. Room available on main floor. We have me M, and my roommate M as well as a male Australian shepherd and a cat that stays in my roommates room. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and basement are shared and furnished spaces. Must have reliable source of income and be able to put up a 1 month security deposit of $. Rent is INCLUDING utilities (electric, gas, water, WiFi, trash).
