You’ll only be living with me, and I’m rarely home due to work and travel, so it often feels like living alone. You’ll have access to the entire condo (excluding my room unless discussed later). Feel free to use shared items—if you finish something completely, just replace it. Waters and drinks don’t need replacing.

About Me:
I’m Thomas, work in the medical field at a children’s hospital and another hospital in La Jolla. Clean, quiet, upbeat, and respectful. I work -hour shifts (days or occasional nights) and travel often. I enjoy hiking, beach walks, concerts, and exploring San Diego. I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs and prefer someone similar. Kids welcome—just tidy up before bed.

House Rules (HOA enforced):
• No smoking or drugs inside (including marijuana)
• If used outside, no smell when entering
• Quiet hours: am (Mon–Thu), am (Fri–Sun)
• No outdoor clutter (including patio)
• Overnight guests: 1 night/week with notice
