I am early 40s, very low key and looking to share the home with respectful and tidy individuals who are either a full time worker and/or student, non-smoking, adults only please. Rooms can come either unfurnished or furnished. The smaller room is currently not being used with full size bed and the larger one has current roommates furnishings in it for example of sizing, queen bed. He’s moving at the end of month.
