I just bought a house in north Clearwater and am looking for roommates!! I have 2 bedrooms available now with a shared bathroom. Approved friendly pets for Twenty 5 more a month.

A little about me - I am a single female. I have a cat and senior dog. I work full time days M-F as a supervisor in financial services, currently hybrid, traveling to the office in St. Pete a few days a week. I love animals, theater, camping, cruising, theme parks, staying active on the Duke energy trail, Friends tv pub trivia, all kinds of music, movies, karaoke, board games, going to the beach, stand up comedy shows, live hockey games, concerts etc.

I am low key and looking to share my home with clean and respectful individuals who are full time workers, any shift is fine or full time students, non-smoking, adults only please.

Rooms are currently UNFURNISHED - the pictures shown are for sizing examples only from previous furnishings.

Month to month contract.
No out of states, must meet in person.
First and last month’s rent to move in.
