Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi, my name is John and am a professional gay male moving to the Fort Lauderdale area at the end of January, from the Bay Area of California for a position at Broward Health. I am looking for a room to rent or to be someone's roommate in Fort Lauderdale or Coral Springs with use of common spaces. Ideally it would be furnished with a queen size bed and have a private bathroom. I would need a parking space for a mid-size car. Prefer a walk-in closet and a space that has a washer/dryer in the unit. A pool would be great but not a requirement. I prefer a flexible lease arrangement, if possible as my partner will be joining me when he secures a position but the timeframe is unknown at this time. He will visit periodically for a weekend.
