Small room with shared bathroom in a very nice house. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Close to CSULB and LBCC, parks and shopping centers. Unfurnished, but can furnish if needed. Please be advised I need a female because of the shared bathroom. No pets, as there is already an older dog in the house. Place is very clean, and neighborhood very safe. Owners are retired and you will feel very secure and safe here .
