- $ flat rate to cover all utilities (which includes monthly cleaners, high-speed WiFi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping)
- Monthly Cleaners - they clean all common areas of the home (shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc.)
- Fully Furnished - All common areas are furnished (kitchen, living room, etc.) and all appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, refrigerators, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)
- Private Parking Spot - no need to ask people to move their cars!
- Outdoor fenced-in patio in the back yard
- Privacy touch keypad locks on bedroom doors
- You’ll share a bathroom with other people, depending on the room
- Multiple refrigerators
- Labeled pantries and refrigerators based on room number
