Large room available in 2-bedroom apartment. Shared bathroom. Very cute and safe neighborhood in Monrovia. Walking distance from Arcadia station, cafes/restaurants/grocery stores, min drive away from good hiking trails.

I am a professor and single mom of twins, ideally looking for another single mom with one child. Kids are well-behaved. I am generally quiet. I am flexible with your habits and preferences as long as we maintain open communication and can agree to a few house rules.
