I am looking for a roommate for this spring semester. Move in asap.
It is a two bedroom townhouse on Pomeroy and rent is $ plus utilities. 6 minute drive to downtown, free parking lot in front, washer and dryer in unit, central ac, balcony attached to bedroom, bathrooms. I already have furniture but would be happily willing to change it!
